I will never subscribe to ESO, or any other game, for any reason.
In my opinion, for example, the daily login rewards give players more than ample amount of consumables, and rather than being useful, these consumables turn out to be quite the hindrance on the player, as they fill up the inventory, and eventually, the bank slots as well. If i could sell them, i would have done so ages ago. But i can't. And i do not wish to destroy them either.

It would free up space for the hoarders

I don't understand what style items are being referred to or why they would need to be stored in the bank.

I think I read somewhere that they're going to add something like that in a future update, but I can't find it now.
If you're on PC you can use IsJusta Favorite Collectibles, which adds favourites tabs for most of the stuff in the collectibles menu (and actually in the menu, not in a seperate add-on menu).
I'd rather they just make them sellable, even for a nominal amount of 1 gold each.
Increasing stack size would be another option.
I did recently destroy a ton of potions and poisons from the rewards.

Update 38. It's not per character though seems like. So not so useful really.
