I am 2nd in command of a guild and trying to help grow the guild, but the listing has disappeared

Good luck. If I remember past cases, you will have to try to work with Customer Support to take over the guild. That will not be an easy process. It might be easier to simply start a new guild and woo over the people from the old guild.
