Event boxes not showing in inventory

A friend is having an issue with Anniversary boxes not appearing in their inventory, they appear on loot log so they know they are dropping but they are not appearing for her.
Anyone else got this?

✭✭✭There is a setting in lazy writ crafter to auto-loot event boxes.Fan of playing magblade since 2015. (PC NA)
