Because if it is comprehensive, it means that the dev team is still unaware of the Backlash bug affecting Templar in PvP.

If it isn't comprehensive, then we need much more communication on whether this bug is known or not. It's been a patch and a half and there's still been no official word as to when it might be fixed.

Please communicate with us on this. Templar is unplayable in PvP right now because they lack a delayed burst. Is the issue known? Is it intended that Backlash deals less damage than a spammable in PvP?

    Templar being unplayable in pvp is by design. It is not a bug, obviously lol

    In the patch notes? It's definitely only a partial list because we often get fixes for things that aren't on there. I see it as just a list of what's relevant to the patch being released.
