Khajiit passive forces you to play them if you want steal

-3 sneak detection radius is crucial when you planning steal items from NPCs. So any other race will be worse then Khajiit. That passive makes khajiit meta race for stealing and it hurts so bad that you forced to play specific race but not race that you want.
