Sanity's Edge, PTS Server Crashes and Log in Issues

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno can someone confirm that ZOS is aware of, looking into, and fixing the constant PTS Server login issues, and consistent full group crashes of Sanity's Edge after circa 1-1.5hours in the trial. Very difficult to test the new content and provide feedback if all groups are having these problems.
