When Necrom rolls out to PTS, they will copy of the NA accounts over. That is, if they follow previous patterns.1 -

I heard a rumor that they originally planned it for EU to get the off-season because the EU housing community wanted to test builds off of live, but that means that NA doesn't get to do so. For me, I like to run in and get screenshots for my stories when there aren't many people around, but all of my cosmetics are on one server only. It's tough to try to get my list of screens done in the only two weeks we get.
Beyond that though, NA only ever tests the initial, most unpolished version of every new patch. I'd prefer if we would sometimes start with EU testing first, then letting NA get the more polished Week 3 and the long haul every so often. Maybe swap back and forth between the servers so every server gets a chance at being either the first to see it or the ones who get the more final version.6 -

Agree. At LEAST let NA have more than two weeks
