Templars: Our burst ability is not working
ZOS: We hear you. So we are giving you major protection on charge

Sorcs: We have to slot pets for heals and shields no longer feel to be as effective as heals
ZOS: Say no more. Here is minor berserk on dark deal

But don't forget that 5% damage buff to class skills only for templar...

Templar did not need more rune healing AND major protection when they're already the tankiest class :|

    Spoiler

For the masters of assassination, the Nightblade class is a little bit further behind in single target damage than we’d like. We’re increasing the uptime on this debuff to help Nightblades get more DPS and kill potential on priority targets.

    Hahahaha

They hate templars. It really is that simple. Otherwise, they wouldn't leave their damage so disappointingly low.

The 5 percent straight dam buff on j-beam is the exact definition of damage bloat. I can explosive charge to anyone under 35 percent and nuke j-beam at close range woo!! While getting some defensive protection. Didn’t players hate overcharged close range beam play?

Sole reason temps have an issue staying put and brawling is the single target damage from a beloved developer class.

Gotta say these notes gave me a chuckle.

Yeah, I find it kind of odd that they mention damage bloat, I assume they meant from pve parses, but Backlash and its morphs is what a lot of us really want to work and would not really boost parses. And as you said; beam is the new jabs

Yeah I'm really glad zos buffed nightblade's single attack damage with the death stroke change. I truly really needed to add some more damage into my toolkit because it's way too underperforming right now.

Na don't worry they didn't actually buff nb damage, they just increased the duration of them doing the ridiculous 20% extra dmg they already do, and made it easier to maintain the totally balanced unique damage modifier concealed weapon has. Surely because nightblade is extremely challenging to play right now!!!

Definitely moving in the right direction.

You don't know what you're talking about.
That's assasins' will. It's painfully easy to do that, i'm not even built fully into damage either. Also if it was my execute you would see a timer on the execute ability for it launching on target, but it doesn't have a timer unlike the other skills because I didn't use it.

They didn’t make Concealed Weapon passive easier to maintain. They made it more complex for Stamblades to maintain it. No Stamblades I know wanted this.

This is just one example of why balancing PvE and PvP together is a bad idea. In PvE NB really isn’t doing great. But apparently you can’t tweak it without upsetting PvP players.

Just separate PvE and PvP skills at this point.
