True-Sworn and Titanborn, (Broken) not working as intended.

The design flavour text of Titanborn was "Feel like a barbarian as you go all out in a rage the closer to death you are"

But nobody uses them like that, even with the "Requires you to be in combat" addition, it still has work arounds that see it only used by cloaked Nightblades self harming with skills and then entering combat with = Dragon Knights Corrosive Armor ULTIMATE, But for Free and spammable.

These sets and skills need extra conditionals on them, like staggared proc windows and cool downs (like you did with Mechanical Acuity), Also a requirement to be in combat with a designated target for X time OR apply stacks to an enemy and that enemy will "feel your true rage".

As it currently stands the sets are as broken as Acuity and Caluurions was, there needs to be checks before adding any more sets with powerful abilities to stack.

Example of the average True-Sworn enjoyer

I know you're complaining man, but that looks like a lot of fun. Very high risk for a very high reward. Cancerous amount of damage no doubt, but a hell of a lot more skill needed than the Calurions proc cheese or heavy attack from stealth easy mode ganks

All I'm mentioning it for is every time someone makes a build like this ZOS comes along balances the set and makes a statement along the lines of "our intention is not to empower zero counteractable gameplay" then either ZOS changes a mechanic (Vampires) or adds/forgets about a set while adding a complimentary set and the same people using the original set build "Zero counter" gank builds, It's a joke seeing as we are in a multi year old game that has never just fixed combat, instead they build piecemeal changes in a machine of many moving parts.

I honestly don't see any skill or risk of people camping interactables in perma cloak with a build that can one shot a 32k health build with 30k armour and 4 impen, It's about as skillful as dropping fat man over a civilian city in Japan then complaining about other peoples nuclear powers.

It's really easy to counter people camping interactables, especially if you already know they're there.

First, always carry detect pots on you. If you know there's a nightblade that's been ganking doors in IC for example, just pop a potion before you go through the door. You can also use Camo Hunter/Magelight right before interacting, or throw a revealing flare down right on top of the interactable.

If you dont have detect pots, max alchemy, or the gold to buy a stack or two, there's another way to easily counter NBs that camp interactables. Simply activate the interactable and cancel the animation with block partway through. 9 times out of 10, if a nightblade or ganker tries to hit you while doing this, you'll just block the attack. If you don't get ganked the first time you cancel your interaction, odds are you're safe to fully interact with it.

Because these vamp slap/low health builds are so squishy, as soon as they're out of stealth you should be able to kill them fairly easily.

The other secret? Most gankers are really bad at a fair fight. If you can reveal them, they're pretty much dead if they're running a low health build like this.

I see what you mean man and I agree about ZOS being terrible at balancing gameplay when they introduce something OP. But I personally enjoy the fact that there are gank builds in this game. Feel free to disagree. I have issue when a build can one shot players and also be unkillable. That's not the case here. This guy is as squishy as they come. Just breath on him wrong and he's dead. The way a pure assassination spec is supposed to be imo. Ganking an afk solo would be easy on this build, but attempting to single out someone in a group and get away alive will take skill. The guy is pretty bad at it in the video imo, he's just a little suicide bomber. Not really a threat at all actually, one light attack or a reveal and the dude's dead

I just feel that is ZOS has intended One shot stealth assassination gank builds to be a thing they would have just let everyone use Blade of Woe in PVP and call it a day instead of patching out sets and rebalancing things every time a combo appears.

Anyway, hopefully this combo gets the same treatment because theres always going to be an ultra cheese who runs this while also following their factions zerg.

Well no. ZOS wants you to be able to build glass cannon and gank like this. Despite this however, giving everyone access to Blade of Woe in PvP would be a very bad idea.

All of a sudden, that person that can hide out in stealth to one shot you can now also survive anything you throw at them because they built a tank. Giving players an easy way to one shot other players without having to sacrifice anything would be horrendous.

    These sets are fine.

I'm not even a ganker - only someone who has grown extremely weary of seeing ZOS slam down the nerfhammer on any set that even a small handful of players complain about.

Gankers are going to gank. Bombers are going to bomb. Players are going to die in PvP... AND THAT'S OKAY.

I would much rather live in a PvP world with high damage than the boring tank meta that we've endured for like an entire calendar year.

I also like how do you scream about OP NB and completely ignore vampire's toggle that is the root of the problem
