All I'm mentioning it for is every time someone makes a build like this ZOS comes along balances the set and makes a statement along the lines of "our intention is not to empower zero counteractable gameplay" then either ZOS changes a mechanic (Vampires) or adds/forgets about a set while adding a complimentary set and the same people using the original set build "Zero counter" gank builds, It's a joke seeing as we are in a multi year old game that has never just fixed combat, instead they build piecemeal changes in a machine of many moving parts.
I honestly don't see any skill or risk of people camping interactables in perma cloak with a build that can one shot a 32k health build with 30k armour and 4 impen, It's about as skillful as dropping fat man over a civilian city in Japan then complaining about other peoples nuclear powers.

I see what you mean man and I agree about ZOS being terrible at balancing gameplay when they introduce something OP. But I personally enjoy the fact that there are gank builds in this game. Feel free to disagree. I have issue when a build can one shot players and also be unkillable. That's not the case here. This guy is as squishy as they come. Just breath on him wrong and he's dead. The way a pure assassination spec is supposed to be imo. Ganking an afk solo would be easy on this build, but attempting to single out someone in a group and get away alive will take skill. The guy is pretty bad at it in the video imo, he's just a little suicide bomber. Not really a threat at all actually, one light attack or a reveal and the dude's dead

I just feel that is ZOS has intended One shot stealth assastnatuon gank builds to be a thing they would have just let everyone use Blade of Woe in PVP and call it a day instead of patching out sets and rebalancing things every time a combo appears.
Anyway, hopefully this combo gets the same treatment because theres always going to be an ultra cheese who runs this while also following their factions zerg.
