Do we no longer have access to our guilds on PTS?

Updated PTS to v9.0.0. Created new character using new class.
In the past, I think we have always had our guilds on the PTS. This allowed me to see if any guildmates were online to help me test new content. Apparently, with v9.0.0 we do not have our guilds? I went to the Guilds tab, and none of my guilds are listed.
Do we no longer have access to our guilds on PTS?
Update: My new character did not show my guilds. But when I logged-off my new character and logged-on my main character, the guilds showed in the Guilds tab. Logging back to my new character, the guilds are now showing. Go figure.

In the past, we had our guilds. I, uh, vividly remember panicking about why none of my guild mates were online for PVP raid night before realizing that I had mistakenly logged onto the PTS instead of Live.0 -

HumbleThaumaturge✭✭✭✭I should have mentioned this in my original post. I am on the North American (NA) PC server. I play both servers, NA and EU. I am in guilds on both servers. The NA characters are currently on PTS. In the past, I had access to these guilds on PTS.
