PTS not loading for me

I can't seem to get into the PTS server, after I click the play button the game will not load and the screen is completely black. I ran repair and it seems the repair button doesn't work for PTS server. also I'm playing on official platform and not on steam.

I get the same thing I can't even load, the game starts then crashes with no log in error message or anything. And on official PC platform, not Steam.

After 10 minutes or more of doing other things, I come back to "Requesting Login" still going, I have to kill the process.
It's seemingly endless.
On Steam.

I finally got in but, each time I do, it takes several times restarting the game.

Same here. Completely hangs at "requesting login." After about 30 seconds I alt+f4 and try again. It works after a time or two, but I am not sure why it fails half the time.

Sometimes I get an error stating that the game lost connection to the Lobby whatever that is and I have to exit out completely and start again. Today this error happened while generating a new toon after naming it and hitting the create button. The game froze up and I got the Lobby error message. I killed the game to get out and when I went back in the toon I had created was there but didn't work so I had to delete it and start over. When I started over for some reason the game had saved my toon creation settings so it was just a matter of naming it and this time nothing went wrong. The Lobby error is happening fairly frequently though. Hope they get these kind of errors fixed as they are really annoying.

Login screen was hung up. I tried again and got in. I went to port to the new house and was stuck on a load screen. After a couple minutes I was kicked back to the login screen with a Lobby error. Login screen is just hung up again.
