PLEASE Change Heal Over Time Buff Stacking This Patch? This seems to cause lagging and ruining performance in large Alliance War battles. You can't stack damage buff's such as Major Courage so once again why are we enabling people to have god mode by with stacks of echoing vigor. PVP is pretty solid except for this. I didn't see anything in the patch notes about this.

Also they have clearly proven theyr arent going to balance pve and pvp separately soo this change would be horrible0
