can you gift crown Crates on PTS?

✭No, Crown Crates have never been available for purchase on PTS. Only of obtaining them there, is to make sure you have them on the PC-NA/PC-EU servers whenever character data gets carried over. I happen to have nearly 200 crates from Twitch drops, pre-orders and Prime Gaming promotions.
