Cooldown on Access code

I like many others have flocked to the PTS with hopes of trying out the new content with the hopes of providing valuable feedback.
Upon getting home from work this afternoon I booted up the PC keen to get my hands on the new Arcanist class, I was greeted with the login screen and after being on console for some time was so pleasantly surprised with the new experience of logging in again to another PTS cycle. However, I was met with an access code barrier. This is all well and good but the cool down on it was 24hours?
It’s been about 30mins since the code was supposedly sent to my linked email but I have not received anything but I’m still met with a 24hour cooldown on the login screen seeing as I haven’t received the access code.
This is all well and good, but if I don’t receive the code what other avenues do I have of logging in without the code?

✭✭Double check your password. I had this issue on live. I got that box to fill in, but email never came because wrong password0 -
Aislinna✭✭✭✭✭I have noticed that I get the access code message when I typo my user name and since I didn't enter my valid user name, my email is not connected to the misspelled user name and therefore no email is sent/received.
When I typo my password, I get a different message saying invalid password.0 -

I've heard this before, but I am also getting this after trying 3 times, no access code.0 -

Acct name is correct and password is correct. I got this before on the live server when my IP changed but then I got an email and had no further issue.
I've tried 3 times and not email received.
