I no longer can find the option where to change hair dress in the collection. Did I miss something?

✭Do you mean hats or do you mean hairstyles? My hat section showed up unchanged in its usual place in collections. If you can't change your hair it may be that you have no hairstyles unlocked - NA server is copied this time so if you're checking it out from EU you may have to buy hairstyle packs in the store before they show up in the collections menu.PC NA, CP2500+.
