New class has a new buff type?

I heard one of the Arcanist skills gives you savage and brutality that works on both bars no matter which bars you use. If this is true they should also do this with all of the others too.

I agree. All of the "buff when slotted" skills should apply on both bars, it's the kind of thing that would help accessibility without meaningfully affecting balance.

Not only that, the Arcanist also has flexible skill costs it seems, which cost whatever max resource of yours is higher.
The Arcanist also has access to Minor Courage for the team, so decon your Yolnahkriin set (unless you use it for dungeons where you might not have an Arcanist in your group). They also grant Minor Evasion to the group and have access to Minor Brittle without using a frost staff.

from what ive heard, this was unable to be done before due to engine limitations and youtuber(s) that asked about this at the vegas event coming to other older abilities reported that ZOS may look into doing so in the future.

so there is hope

Hope, and probably a pretty long wait for it to happen. 😁
