How do I report player selling crowns for real money on Xbox?

I just saw someone promote selling ESO gold and crowns for real money in zone chat on Xbox EU-server, Reapers March. How do I report the "player"? I took a screenshot on my Xbox but there is no option to report and attach it.

How do I report a player on console?
