Small Arcanist Flavor Idea

Hello! Apocrypha nerd and Hermaeus Mora fan-cat here!
ZOS, I have absolutely no clue how easy this would be, but I was wondering:
Would it be possible to give the Arcanist a toggleable or purely aesthetic ability to keep the tome out? I love that we're getting an entire skill line involving a pseudo-Black Book and grimoire from what I've seen and heard on YouTube. However, I was wondering if the above would be possible?
Whether that's actively holding the tome in our hand/arms, or even having it floating right in front of us to cast from. I'm not asking for anything in terms of actual combat or like, mechanical (as far as my newbie-self is aware). I would just like the flavor option to replace my staff with the tome, or otherwise have a way to have it out perpetually for myself.

Yes, the scholar personality--it will match the arcanist class really nicely because of the writing animations.0 -

I was not talking about the Scholar personality.
I'm talking about the Arcanist's grimoire. Not the Scholar personality.0
