Hey guys,
I play on both EU and NA servers but I haven't been able to acces NA server at all today - it keeps saying "unexpected internal error" or something like that. Is there any changes to having accounts on both servers?

✭✭You got wait 3 mins when swapping between servers. The error message definitely should be changed or put a timer up2 -
DeltaForce64x✭✭✭I also cannot login into EU servers telling me "check your internet connection" while having a ethernet cable, though second try worked, thank god no to get code from my email this time so I was able to enter character selection screen directly.0 -

Tip: you don't have to wait 3 minutes if you choose to change games.
Apparently, the wait time was to overcome a problem that might occur or was affecting some players. Pity they couldn't make the message a bit clearer.Australian on PS4 NA server.

✭✭✭✭✭I actually do switch games sometimes-- to one of the single-player TES games-- and then switch back to ESO later on.
But most of the time I just take a short break to take a bio break, get a drink, stretch my legs, tend to the cats, etc. 3 minutes might seem like forever if you're waiting in front of the computer, but it goes by lickety-split if you're doing something else.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
