question about high isle collector's edition

the collector's edition is on sale but i already own the base game, this option looks more intriguing over the upgrade as it gives all past collector edition chapters as well

if i already own the base game will this purchase still be safe? as in will the previous collector editions all be added to my account?

i don't own high isle but i do own all the other chapters

Yes, but keep in mind you can also purchase the CE items separately for previous chapters as part of crown store packs that include the preorder bonuses for those former chapters. The CE edition bought with real world currency does not include preorder items.

After Necrom releases, High Isles extra content becomes a bundle you can purchase with crowns. That's what I usually wait for.

I think Necrom collection edition will unlock all CE items from previus editions.

As posted above, purchasing the collectors edition would simply add those additional entitlements onto your current ESO account.
