Can't convert the Resplendent Sweetroll to gems

I bought the Resplendent Sweetroll with my endeavor points in the hopes of converting it to 400 gems but it's not appearing at all when I bring up the "Crown Crates" extraction part. Please fix this.

    You can only convert a sweetroll if you got one from opening a crate.

    Great, I screwed myself and lost 8k endeavor points for nothing. Would have been nice to know this beforehand.

    Try to submit a ticket saying that you bought the wrong item, some times it works and you get a refund, sometimes not..

    It shouldn't be sold for endeavors. I know they have a policy that everything in crates is also available for seals, but they also have a policy that seal items cannot be turned into gems. This is not the first post about this. It is surely causing more aggravation than reward. At the very least, a big flashing popup that says, "Are you sure? You're gonna be stuck with this!"

    The solution is very simple, all they have to do is to copy this item and change the test a bit.
    • The Sweetrolls in the crown crates can have a text that say that they can be converted.
    • The Sweetrolls in the seals store could have new name, like 'A display of Sweetrolls' (any name that is different from the name of the item in the Crown Crate will do), and a new text that does not mention gems at all.

    A sentence is enough: This sweetroll can not be converted into Crown gems.
