Ummm, since the only reason they CAN sell the bite is because *** spam the spawns, yes, yes they should.

I went there, on a full moon, waited patiently for an incredibly long time, and nothing even spawned.
A lot of people will tell you that you're getting ripped off, paying for something you can get for free. But you're paying for convenience. And it's a much easier way to get the vampirism. Just make sure they feed on you before you give them any money. Don't fall for any "half payment up front" scams.
