What is the craziest things players have encountered?

For me it is-- I messed up on this one quest that I was doing... The door was locked, I moved and somehow got stuck under the world. 🤣

I got stuck at a door too. Was doing quest in Abamath, couldn't open the warded door and tried approaching it close to the door. Ward however pushed me back and I got stuck in the middle of the ward and the door. I wish I'd taken a screenshot, it looked very similar to yours.

Wildest thing is probably an PvP event my first guild did then the game was pretty new.
We was an pretty small group with two low level players on a male and female character.
Some got an idea for an fun trap, on a road to the front line, have the guy play lute and the lady dancing without clothing.

I was against it as I saw it as an very obvious trap. Would prefer an low level farming mats or similar but we tried.
And it worked so well, we obviously sneaked behind them and attacked then they attacked. Did not see anybody ride around it, so my obvious trap was false. Couple came back with an friend or two and got killed again, then the front shifted and we moved and repeated this for far over an hour. We started adding an spotter who would warn if large groups came.
But our ruse got a bit spoiled over time as I'm pretty sure it was in zone chat for the enemy

Can a moderator please move this to bug report? I thought this was funny first and my character is currently stuck due to this bug of being trapped at some weird place.

Back in 2014 when the game first came out, I was in Auridon playing the game. You know the small flight of stairs that goes up to where the bank is? There's two of these flights of stairs, one by the wayshrine and one by the blacksmith. Well, I went to go up the stairs by the Wayshrine, but the stairs weren't solid, so I went through them. Underneath the stairs is solid ground, and then... The stairs became solid. I was stuck under the stairs, unable to get out. This was before the /stuck feature, too, so I had to contact support to get out.

Good times. Wasn't funny at the time, but looking back, very funny.

Try queueing to Cryodiil or Imperial City campaign if you get stuck so bad you can't recall or /stuck out of it.

You can also try /unstuck command meanwhile if can't port to guildie or a friend.

@wilykcat have you placed a ticket in for this yet? If so, please provide the ticket number. If not, that's fine. We can send this in to get your character unstuck. It would just be a bit faster with an existing ticket.

this reminds me of a time back in 2014 when the group i was in found a hole in the wall in the banished cells dungeon and walked out on the checkerboard lol

this hole has since been fixed lol
