Tarts and tortes are different things.
A torte is a dense cake with various ingredients, and little flour. However the image they use in the war torte recipe looks like it has a pie crust? Which makes it tarty?!
I would suggest looking up a recipe for a carrot cake style torte and adapting it.
Not sure what the equivalent of frost Mirriam is, you could maybe use angelica for that. Or tarragon, to give a little aniseed flavour
Same with bervez juice, it doesn't seem to have an irl equivalent so... There isn't a lot of liquid in a torte, so instead of putting it in the torte, put it ON the torte - maybe get a bag of frozen mixed berries, turn them into a coulis to drizzle on top before serving.
Orange zest can go in the torte. Then use a marmalade or orange jam in between the layers. A cream cheese and honey frosting, "bervez" drizzle on top.
If you want it to look like the picture, like a tart, try adapting a bakewell tart recipe. Search for "orange bakewell tart" and then add finely grated carrot into the batter.
