Missing PTS patch notes, only 8.3.0 is shown

The pinned threads in the section are not working as intended. I've reached out to Vanilla to fix this issue as it is happening on their end. For now, any thread with the thumbtack symbol is one that should be pinned to the top. So that is what you should look out for while we work to get this issue resolved.
