[Achievements] Swamp Rescuer and Surreptitiously Followed

Surreptitiously Shadowed
Description: Achievement registered first four steps. Fifth step, "Part Ways with Choixth," does not update. Now, when I run into her I encounter a dialogue loop. The achievement does not update. The poster in https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/452267/choixth-surreptitiously-shadowed-bug-rare described a similar issue.
Attempts to Address: I have traveled Murkmire and revisited all known locations, as well as spoken with her (and received the same loop) a number of times. I have used /reloadui as well as logged off and on, again. This one has persisted for some time, through prior patches.
Swamp Rescuer
Description: Achievement is not registering progress. When I rescue a traveler, the achievement does not update. I most recently rescued the Copper-eyes travelers. After rescuing them, I checked my achievements list, and it did not update. I then performed a /reloadui.
Attempts to Address: I performed a /reloadui, as well as logged off, then on again.

I encounter the same bug for 'Surreptitiously Shadowed' achievement with Choixth in Murkmuire.
Each time I encounter Choixth in any location, I get the same initial dialog with no progress to the 2nd step 'speak of murder'.
Moreover, if I try to reopen the dialog several time during an encounter, the 2nd or 3rd time the ESO client quits.
I have the same problem with two different characters. Each one is stucked to the first step of the achievement.
I made a bug report in-game, and when the ESO client crashed, I submitted the bug when the window for reporting crashes appeared.
I got the first step of this achievement with one of my characters some time ago (when Murkmuire was launched), before the TESO update when all single characters achievements where merged together at the account level.
So it's possible the problem comes from this merging of achievements.0
