TL;DR Keep the current PTS damage/effect/description just make the teleportation look like bats and for the AOE effect to look like bats. This is only a graphical change and not gameplay-wise.
Rather than how the skill functions (which has okay damage, DOT and instant teleportation without affecting NPCs and players in the pathway), the animation for it feels subpar and kinda immersion-breaking.
This is kind of an idea to essentially change 'blood mist' into 'bat swarm' and have the animation as shown from the NPC below (plus an AOE of bats like how the ulti had pre-greymoor):

The NPC itself has a better animation than the player model and using bats to 'steal health' makes more sense than some mist which doesn't even go into the character.
The other morph can remain as a mist as it actually does make sense that you turn into mist to escape rather than to attack.
ZOS is changing the skill to make it more close to the roots and for it to be immersive so let's finish the job of making it fully immersive!

Also the current morph is more optimized for damage rather than escaping so it logically it should be used in offence/weaving. Now the current visual effect of it is hard to make it work with weaving as the character model changes opacity while there's a lot of fuzzyness going on causing you to potentially fudge your rotation! A crisp change of graphics would help!
