Can't Log In, Can't Open Ticket, Not Receiving OTP in Gmail, Support Ticketing Unavailable

I'm trying to log into the game and am being asked for a OTP code which is not being sent. I've manually tested my email account which is working correctly. I have tried raising a support ticket but the Help area is down. How can I log into the game please?

While not a permanent fix, this happened for me too. Logging in from the web flagged it for me and it worked. I closed the game out, restarted it & it didn't ask me again (or clicking cancel & then logging back in should work too).

When this happened another time, I logged into the web (where it now recognized me from the previous attempt, but the game STILL gave the message yet no email), clicked cancel (from supplying the code in the game client) & then logged in again (while the browser was open in the background with me logged into the elder scrolls account page) which seemed to let me bypass needing a code.

It behaves like it's being flagged on our end but not truly in the system, so it's not sending those emails.

They do need to fix this though, as there shouldn't be a need for any workaround. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Adrikoth @ZOS_Bill

They made some changes when there was an increase of login attacks.

If you didn't get an email, you likely entered your password in wrong. Try again. You get this same message if the password is wrong but zos doesn't send a code.
