I was wondering if I would still have access to the DLC item sets collected when my ESO plus expires? Can I still reconstruct the collected DLC sets even if I have no access to the DLC areas?

✭Yes, you can. You can even buy overland sets from DLC areas at guild traders while you don't have ESO+ active.
