I have a concern about the number of fragments required for the new costume collectible. The collectible requires 10 fragments. According to the patch notes, these fragments only drop from the Stupendous boxes. After testing for a few days, I've discovered that the fragments are not guaranteed to drop from those boxes, and I did not see them drop in the regular boxes (that could just be my small sample size).

The issue is that the event last year ran for 8 days, so if it's the same length this year, then it will make it difficult to obtain this collectible without spending tickets. Even if the fragments were guaranteed from the Stupendous boxes, a player could only earn 8 (presuming same event length), leaving 2 to purchase with tickets (3 tickets each, so a total of 6 tickets). Now, these are tradable, but I suspect there won't be that many for sale from players, as likely most will want to collect the costume. Thus, there is practically no way to earn this collectible without spending tickets.

This is exacerbated by the fact that we're one event short for this quarter, so tickets will be at a premium. Thankfully, we do get 3 tickets/day, so we can earn 24 tickets during the event (presuming the same event length as last year), and the morph fragments will carry over to the second quarter.

However, I didn't see either of the two new collectible outfit styles in my Stupendous boxes (Broom/Bucket). I only saw Regal Regalia and Second Seed pages, which suggests to me that the Stupendous boxes will also have a chance to drop Cadwell pages. The loot table for the Stupendous boxes is far too crowded, especially considering we'll likely only have the opportunity for 8 boxes (if the event length is the same as last year).

My suggestion is to reduce the number of fragments needed for the new costume to five. This is in line with the number needed for the Joke Popper and Festive Noise Maker mementos, whose parts also still drop in the Stupendous boxes. I don't know if they also drop in the regular ones, as the only things I got in the regular boxes were event recipes, green treasures, and consumable mementos.

Unless the event is going to be the same length as other events (13 days) AND the costume fragments are guaranteed to drop, 10 fragments is far too many. Also, it would be helpful to clean up the loot table for the Stupendous boxes a bit and at least put the Cadwell pages in a Jesters Grab Bag.

Also, for the love of all Aedra and Daedra, please fix the issue where the Impresario assistant sells the Stable Sign (a luxury vendor item) instead of the basket of skulls event achievement furnishing.
