I attempted to log into ESO as normal.
I kept getting an error saying that my account wasn't active.
Then it said that the computer wasn't authorised and I had to wait for a code through email.
I waited an hour for said email, and didn't receive one.
I then decided to submit a ticket. When I try to submit a ticket it asks me to login, and then just keeps giving me a "Login Failed" message, even though I can log into my account on elderscrollsonline.
So I can't login, I have not received an email with said auth code, and I can't submit a ticket to support. Any next steps would be helpful.
