My CS ticket never received a response from CS.
I replied to my original CS ticket via email as was supposed to, but I never received a reply in return.
@ZOS_Kevin please advise, I don't know who else to ask. Ticket #230205-005601 and also I attached another ticket to the original because the issue is attached #230205-005608.
To summarize: I was refining chromium and then zircons grains and got booted from server with an 'error has occurred' message, and when returning got chromium grains left but not zircon even though I refined all the chromium first. I wanted CS to review my activity and see if I suffered any platings loss due to packet loss.
