Lusty Argonian Maid ..stolen? Borrowed? In another game

So, in The Other Game That Shall Not Be Named, I found a clear reference to the Lusty Argonian Maid. Perhaps reference isn't the best word, as it seems to all but copy the title and softcore subtleties of the story itself. Their version is The Lusty Draconian Mage.
To be honest, I was a little offended by the blatant rip-off. It is clearly stolen from ESO, albeit with some very transparent window dressing.
Thoughts?

If I remember correctly, I believe it is also in Daggerfall.... which predates Everquest ........

✭✭✭✭✭It's an Easter egg to fans of the Elder Scrolls, to make them laugh, nothing more than a reference. It's quite obvious that it isn't being done with bad intent. They aren't "stealing", it's a homage honoring the Elder scrolls universe via a little tounge and cheek humor.
There is a huge difference between infringement and putting a reference into a game that says "Hey we're fans too! "PC l NA

Of course it doesn't infringe on anything, it's a parody/easter egg and falls under fair use... Have you never seen a parody easter egg in a game before? Skyrim has plenty of them that I could name off the top of my head.1 -
