Dragon blood and Dragon Rheum missing in new char template?

Maybe I missed it but it isn't in the alchemy bag where all the other alchemy crafting materials are. Also crimson nirnroot or other dlc alchemy ingredients are missing or are they in another bag?

thechiefisback✭✭✭Nevermind. It didn´t show up when I want to pick it out of the box specifically but when I picked everything from the box, it was there.0
