PTS Login Error

I am unable to log into the pts. I can log into the live server with out problems. I don’t have any addons in stalled on the pts also I have tried repairing the pts client and clearing the folder in the documents location; however it still displays the same error message every time I try to log on.

I was able to login to the character selection and get into the game after doing what you suggested. The error still pops up however as the client logs in to the character selection screen.0
