No Necrom Preorder Items Upon Login

On my primary account I purchased the "Necrom Deluxe Upgrade" through Steam and didn't receive the mount or non-combat pet associated with the purchase. However on my secondary account I made the purchase through the ESO store and upon logging into that account both items were present. Has anyone else had this issue when making the purchase through Steam?

    @ZOS_GinaBruno when you have a moment can you look into this for me? As you can see above the confirmations of purchase for each account are represented with the first image being from Steam and the second being directly from the ESO store.

    I did notice that as part of the purchase from the ESO store I did receive an email confirmation for purchase however I never received one from Steam. I don't know what if any impact that would have or how to resolve this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
