I've tried to be as patient as is humanly possible. I've battled through the bugs, the crashes, the glitches, the downtime and the horrendous customer support but the lag... the lag is something which makes the game physical unplayable.
This is not a QQ thread, this is a straight up thread request to move the EU server to the EU asap. We've held your hand for a month but now it's time for you to start acting. Do you have any idea what it's like to press mouse1 and the animation not start for an entire second after the button is pressed?
Do you have any idea what it's like to get "disconnected for spamming" every 15 minutes? Do you know what it's like to go into a dungeon, get 0 response from the server for 20 seconds and then when you finally regain connection, you're dead.
Move the EU server to the EU so we can actually enjoy the game. This should be treated as immediate priority. Who in their right mind would ever choose to play on a server on the other side of the planet? I, along with so many others have been so patient with you, we can understand bugs, crashes, glitches ect, it's the nature of initial release mmo's, it's to be expected with 30GB+ of game. What's not expected and what you cannot ask us to "put up with" is lag... lag to the point where the game is miserable for us to play.
What were you thinking putting the server on the other side of the planet! The internet only has a finite speed and it doesn't help with the server being 4000 odd miles away. Our data must be going through hundreds of exchange points which has to process all our requests and then those requests have to travel all the way back.
No mmo can ever be designed to be played from the other side of the planet. It's simple... I press a button, I expect an animation almost immediately, and instead I see it a whole second later.
It's simply not acceptable and unlike the bots, I don't think we will wait for months on end before you finally act because unlike bots, lag makes the game unplayable and your game will crash before it's even lifted off the ground.
Don't be lazy, don't be cheap, respect your customers and do what you know we deserve. I assure you I am not alone on this matter. It simply cannot wait any longer.
