✭✭✭✭✭It exist in the Storm Atronach Crates which returned April 21 to May 5, 2022. So it's unlikely to return shortly in that way, but they could make just the hairstyle return at some point, It happens they make individual items randomly return, though they are usually part of the crownstore showcases.
