ESO Account Issue: "Don't have a Subscription for Elder Scrolls Online yet"

Been a member since Aug 1, 2015 and an ESO Plus member. Joined a stream today for the new crates and after achieving 100%, noticed that it said I need to "connect my game account to receive the award". This is the first time this has ever happened. Took a look at my account here on the website and under "Subscriptions" it says "You Don't Have a Membership for The Elder Scrolls Online Yet".
What gives? My PSN account is linked. If I try to unlink the account to link it again, I have to answer a security question of what is my favorite author. When I set up the account in 2015, there wasn't a security question.

If you have a ESO+ sub, then in all likelihood you subscribed to it through the playstation interface. In this case, it won't show up under subscriptions in the ESO account, as you didn't go "through" your ESO account to get it if that makes any sense.
As for twich not being linked, you have to go through linked accounts > link twitch account. I know mine in the past has randomly unlinked itself for some reason too0
