Another vote for Razum-dar - he's always so sure of everything and affirming
For laughs, whenever poor old Stibbons shows up in trouble again

I'm basic, but

Abnur Tharn. His snark and personality are entertaining, and his story in Elsweyr, though a bit forced at times, I thought was great for his character. It was also my first zone story where I played it in first-person VR, which went a long way to make me feel more engaged. Now, I sure do hope he shows up again...

Dozens, if not hundrets are worth a number 1. For many differnt reasons. The NPCs and to meet lots of them again and again makes this game comes alive. Creators and authors did a fantastic, a really great job. Chapeau!

some Pearls & Diamonds from my view:

Daahin - she is singing in Rimmen, near cooking station. Beautyfull voice (german version), hypnotising. Forget my sausage on the grill.
Nahfahlaar - Dragon. Period. Yes, i know he is red. Nobody's perfect.
Moric and his sheep Privette - reminds me of a legendary quest in a formerly mmo.
Lady Arabelle Davaux - Author of investigator Vale? Can't imagine. Just a fan, i guess.
Arana - the sacrifice gets me down. But then... omg!
Gwendis - yeah, red eyes, but... you know.
Abnur Tharn - speaks a lot. But always has something to say.
Remains-silent - speaks not so much. But has always something to give.
Stibbons - for the dirty grin.
Khamira - fascinating. Have taken her to my heart. With great respect.
Lyranth - The myzsterious mizsses Jones.
Sotha Sil - my new synonym for wisdom.

If i have to choose, i can't take just one. Maybe 5.

Razum-dar - suspect, that he delegate things on me. A master of Laissez-faire. My idol.
Queen Ayrenn - no babysitting needed. I like the way she takes things in her own hand. Kind of calming. Long live the queen!
Ember - "magic cat, ready for business"... her enthusiasm catches me.
Bolgrul - if his words nails it to the point, than his german voice actor makes it a one-hitter. Would be interesting, if his original voice does the same. Will check that someday.
Ryvana - just wow. I was lost at first sight. Had to show her my home instantly. Addicted to her magic.

Dayna Imayn (one day she will give me a song and a dance, I just know it)
Rigurt the Brash - because discovering his quests brought me immense joy IRL and made me genuinely laugh out loud.
