Can we get mushroom container for the housing object?
I found mushroom farming container at the alchemy shop of big city and Imperial sewer
faction base. The mushroom are growing in the something wooden box(or barrel?) with soil.
Can we buy it at the somewhere? Or, Is there recipe to build those things?

Yup. We ask, we plead, we beg, and nothing. Same goes for instruments (such as drums, lutes etc we see everywhere in the game as decoration) and nothing.
It puzzles me how we get newly designed and very niché odd things but not these common items we see everywhere and have requested for years.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!5 -
