Yes, mushroom planters in the form of pots, barrels, and shelves would be AWESOME furnishings!

I think that what gets added each year is typically drawn from that year's new offerings.

Other than the lux vendor, which adds only one item to the selection each week, I would hazard the possibility of adding old, base-game stuff is unlikely because considering it isn't part of the process.

I agree about the little mushroom pots and stacked trays. They are gorgeous. Other things in this category would seem to include the cool rune circles, magical barriers, weapon racks, archery targets, and the fencing dummies you can see in Fighters Guildhalls and training yards all across Tamriel, but never ever in our homes.

I'd really love it if ZOS could find a systematic way to make some of the cooler (but older) pieces available for furnishings.

Increasing Lux Vendor inventory could be a solution. As it stands, while Zanil's weekly visit is a highlight for many of us, but some of us who have been around for a long time, and sometimes weeks go by at a time where there's nothing to grab, because its only 1 new offering is ever added.
