Give us more mounts via achievement

I am often disappointed when i look up a cool mount i saw in a city only to read: crownstore 2019 for 1500 crowns.

There arent many things i like about wow, but it was actually cool to grind for a mount with a dropchance of 2% in a hard dungeon/raid.
It feels rewarding when you finally get since you really worked for it.

I hope this changes in 2023..

And btw please dont exaggerate too much with these shiny mounts.

Well.... I'm the opposite. Perfectly happy to have dropped the horrible grinds when I left WoW, and to discover that ESO let me buy mounts in the CS with crowns from my subs.

But that's why they sell chocolate and vanilla and strawberry ice cream - something for everyone.

I'd rather have them as quest rewards. I don't grind, I don't have that kind of time.

They could add mounts for doing different things in the game, a mount for a zone quest, mount for a pvp rank, maybe random drop chance in a dungeon. If they add it they def should add it for different aspects of the game so everyone has a chance to get something and we def need more than 3/4 earnable mounts in the game

Not having them in the Crown Store would also do away with “last offered three years ago”. That was how long I waited for a plain white bear. I think it ha been offered three times for about a week each, in the whole life of ESO. Some of the houses show up on the same sort of cycle.

I'd quite like earnable mounts. Perhaps to cut back on the RNG grind (although I would not be totally against it if it wasn't stupid), there could be special vendors around the world that require an achievement to unlock it, and then X amount of gold to then purchase it.

If they stuck them in a dungeon sure thatd be sweet, but if its just another trial reward ill pass since i hate trials.

Thousand percent agree, more unique mounts, skins andnpolymorphs should be obtainable from completing content. The game should be more rewarding to engage with. The crownstore is draining all goodwill, overpriced and excessive. Anything worth having requires spending more money, when we've already bought the game, and pay a subscription.

Low engagement players who just want to buy everything obviously have a place, but there should be better incentives for those who want to play the game.

If Zenimax want to push the Twitch scene as much as it seems, then surely they want to promote more streamworthy gameplay. No one is going to pull big viewing numbers doing overland and strolling through the sunflowers.
