There are many World Bosses that can be taken down on your own. Even my level 32 tank (without CP but with Isobel) managed to take out the Ratmaster.
So that is two out of three endeavours you can solo without being in a group or pvp.

There's no valid reason to start complaining if a mmo requires you to do group content

Yeah. There is. MMO doesn't automatically mean forced grouping and there's solo content in many MMOs. A grouping mechanic is not automatically immune to criticism just because it's an MMO. What grouping adds to the experience of that individual content is what determines whether or not grouping is a justified requirement. In cases where it can help bring more creative and challenging designs that wouldn't be possible in solo content, such as what is found in trials, arenas, and dungeons, group design is justified. In content where grouping adds nothing to the experience, or worse actively hinders it, grouping is not justified.

It also doesn't mean it's a solo game. You WILL have activities. [Snip].
the pvp endeavors i know don't really have anything to do with pvp. repair, damage with siege weapons, kill npcs on resources. You can do all this in the safety of a keep, without the enemy players can get to you, or on totally empty pvp servers, where you can not be killed.

I just don't do those two things and they won't convince me with Endeavors.
Why is there not a solo weekly endeavor every week??
