They are nice but backpack interferes with bow or other two-handed weapons.1 -

It's called Traveling Merchant IIRC (as I'm not in game now sorry), and it was on the crown store right after either Northern Elsweyr release (or maybe right after Scalebreaker though I've had it a while now).

Fisherfolk Work Wear has a fishing trap basket as sort of a backpack
