    he's got a point, there are still people that are unable to play due to tech issues, should have just sent the code to us for us to redeem

    They added the 5 days before they sent the email, the email is just a receipt, not sure why they put the code on.

    Did you even read his post? he's saying why didn't they give people the code as some people (including him) can't play at the moment

    In other MMOs I have played where the players were getting added time to their accounts, it was done automaticly like Zos has done here.

    One reason why they have applied it themself to the accounts, and not given out the code could be, this way they would make sure that everyone got 5 days, and that the codes would not be traded between players for ingame or RL money.

    The code they put in the reciept could be a way to make sure that there is some sort of documentation for each and every one of us, that we have gotten 5 days, some sort of paper trail.

    And to be honest, I cant see how it can be Zos problem that he cant play due to a hardware failure.
    Other people who cant play due to other reasons, yes they should get some sort of special treatment, and those people should take it up with CS.

    @Bazzakrak, when I said tech issues, I ment more than people with hardware failure. There are those in game but are unable to do anything becasue of sever lag (mostly n the EU) . Many people have had the game play fine, but then stop working because of a patch. CS is having trouble getting to all these people. Honestly if I was one of the people, waiting on CS to get back to me, I would cancel my sub and wait until it was safe to come back, Luckily I have had an awesome tech experience.
