My Base Health Recovery is 24 with nothing slotted.
I am 2/2 in Elder Dragon which gives 5% health regeneration for each dragon ability slotted. I have slotted Ferocious Leap, Razor Armor and Choking Talons and my Health Recovery is still 24...?
I have logged out and back in still no change. Is this known or a bug or am i looking in the wrong area???
