Potentially Regain Block Without Zoning Or Logging

Was testing block with psijic shield and while its behavior is very quirky I was able to regain block while using psijic shield sometimes by bar swap, using a skill,etc. without zoning or relogging
YMMV.

Hopefully others with more stam and better understanding of the block bug can make use of this. or give further insight.

    you can mount, then sprint, then light attack and that'll fix it

    You can't mount in most dungeon and trial instances, unfortunately, so that will not work there.
