cant log into support to submit a ticket because i am through steam

when i try to submit a ticket on the website it askes me to log in but doesn't give me the option to log in with steam credentials like when i click account on the top left does. also my forum credentials dont work either to sign in for a support ticket. how do i submit a ticket.
